​  Aoede LLC was started by a software engineer who purchased his first house in 2015 in East Palo Alto, California. Due to the high cost of living in Silicon Valley and the need to cover expenses, he rented out his vacant 2 rooms to others. Along the way, he had nurses, Stanford Phds and young professionals rent these rooms.

 

  After getting encouragement and mentoring by a San Jose, Calif. medical Doctor who owned several properties in Northern and Southern California. This engineer continue to purchase additional properties, in areas where he thought would be high growth.

 

  Much of the repairs and maintenance in the early years was done by himself and the help of his long time friend Chester. There was many trips to Home Depot, purchase of tools and supplies, entire weekends were spent fixing leaks, toilets, outlets,  drywall, paint and trim. 

 

  In July 2021, this engineer purchased his first commercial property, 2440 Texas Pkwy Missouri City. Shortly afterwards Aoede LLC was formed. No longer can this engineer do the work himself.

Today we have 2 full time property managers and 2 maintenance technicians. Our organization relies on tech software and collaboration tools to effectively deliver a high level of customer service to our tenants. Aoede LLC also mentors and trains our employees so that they can be at their highest potential.
