About the Role
Assistant Property Manager is responsible for providing day to day operation, support and customer of a 70 unit commercial building in Missouri City TX in addition to support and customer service for various Airbnb properties in the Austin TX.
This is what you’ll do:
Directs and oversees the day to day operations of real estate management
Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports
Enter in A/R and A/P into Quickbooks
Monthly bank reconciliations
Ensures excellent customer service to all tenants and prospects
Communication notices to tenants
Lease agreements and managing documents
Occasional travel to south Austin to Airbnb properties, 1-2 times per month
Schedule team meetings and delegate tasks to team members
Zoom conference calls
Bachelor's Degree
Expert use of Microsoft Office, Word
Experience in Quickbooks
Valid Driver's License
2 years Housing Experience or Hotel / Hospitality Experience
Clean background check
